Because we are offering self service alcohol, guests will stay on-site for the full event. You’ll enjoy a private hotel room or a modern, air conditioned lodge. Your invitation notes whether you are invited to a lodge or hotel room. When you RSVP, you will also book a room / lodge through our Eventbrite page. There is a $200 lodging and linens fee per adult guest paid to Camp Tyler Hill.
Hotel Room
The hotel rooms are exactly what you think: modern hotel rooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning. Most of these rooms are reserved for our older guests and those in the wedding party.
Lodge
The lodges are fully modernized bunk houses with twin and queen size beds + air conditioning. Each has a large en suite bathroom for getting wedding-ready. Guests can chose to share a lodge with close friends or family (they are exceptionally great for families with kids, or groups of friends), or reserve a lodge for themselves.

The resort fee covers your lodging for the entire event. It is $200 per adult guest. Kids are free. Every guest will enjoy food and drink every day (including self-service alcohol), and every activity on site is 100% free. This is a great opportunity for families.

We understand any hesitancy (please talk to us about it!). Our venue is not your normal summer camp, or a campground with tents and sleeping bags. Each cabin has nice beds and updated bathrooms. Take a look at a video of campus, but more importantly, feel free to talk with us if you have any questions or concerns.

All guest should stay on site for the event. The closest hotel is 25 to 30 minutes away (yuck) and will be more expensive than our lodging fee. If camp really doesn’t seem like something you want to do, there is a bed & breakfast on site that is not included in our wedding package. You can stay at this B&B for approximately $300 per night.

Reception & ceremony dress code
Formal dress code:
Gentlemen, suits are required. A tie is not required.
Ladies, long dresses are preferred. We suggest wedges or a block heels (or even converses) as we’ll be walking on grass throughout the evening.
The rest of the weekend
Come how you are! Bring clothes you would bring on an early summer vacation. Remember, there’s a heated pool and a lake! We’ve prepared a full packing list here. The camp provides linens for lodging, and everything you need to sleep, but bring anything you may want for both camp and a wedding weekend!
